Bela Bodey earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from UCLA in 1998, before briefly entering medical school at Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary. In 2001, Mr. Bodey changed direction and made a decision to begin a career in workers’ compensation, first as an Administrator of medical-legal affairs for a well-known medical provider, and, after receiving his JD from Southwestern University School of Law in 2009, as an attorney.

He has been able to utilize his considerable medical background, and medical-legal experience, in developing and implementing case management and litigation strategies to maximize early case resolution or mitigation of exposure in a variety of cases.
Mr. Bodey has extensive experience in handling matters ranging from the straightforward orthopedic-only claim to complex matters involving multiple claims of injury, multiple body parts, multiple defendants, and high exposure, as well as claims involving serious and willful misconduct, and alleged disability discrimination under Labor Code §132(a).
Mr. Bodey is admitted to practice in California and before the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
