Eric J. Wayne, Esq. graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He attended Southwestern University School of Law located in in Los Angeles where he received his Juris Doctorate degree. He was admitted the State Bar of California in 1988 and California Federal District Court, Central Judicial District in 1988.
Over the past 30 years, Mr. Wayne developed a litigation practice focused on legal issues facing the management and operation of large commercial and residential properties. Mr. Wayne’s clients own, manage and service some of the largest commercial properties in Southern California. Mr. Wayne’s clients also operate and manage large commercial transportation and shuttle operations at various locations including Los Angeles International Airport and Burbank Airport. In addition to litigation, Mr. Wayne provides consulting services to his various clients. Mr. Wayne is a seasoned trial attorney, having handled over 50 personal injury jury trials to verdict.
As a result of his extensive experience, Mr. Wayne has given seminars and lectures for clients and associations in regards to risk management, the perils of litigation and loss control. The Parking Association of California honored Mr. Wayne with an award for his outstanding contributions for his services.
