Robert D. Blinder received his undergraduate degree from the University of California Davis in 1982. He graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in 1985. He is a Certified Specialist California Workers Compensation.
Prior to joining Altman, Blitstein & Blinder, Mr. Blinder worked as a partner at Goldstein, Gurvitz and Silver until 1999, when he assumed the role of Managing Partner at Glazer and Blinder until 2023.
Mr. Blinder’s background representing applicants allows him to understand and forecast the next move by applicant’s attorneys and take the necessary steps to successfully defend against it. Throughout his career he has successfully negotiated numerous extraordinary settlements and has obtained Take Nothings on many complex and high exposure cases.
Bob is a father of four who enjoys tennis, golf, ping pong, sailing, wine making, learning and telling a good story.
